Visa application

An invitation letter from the local organizers and confirmation from your hotel are required for visa application. We need to have your following information to get governmental permission for the invitation letter. Please send the information to us at < caopeng200703@yahoo.com.cn> at your earliest convenience.

Payment on-site

We can accept on-site payment at any case even if you register through the website. If you register through the website, your hotel booking is guaranteed and your payment will be dependent on the membership and registration time. If you register before August 31, you will get benefit of early registration. Please be sure that we accept US dollar cash only at the on-site payment. If you prefer to pay on-site, please let us know by e-mail that you will pay the fee on-site. It could be difficult to exchange your foreign currency into US dollars in Shijarzhuang, please bring the amount with you.

Reception at the Beijing International Airport

Please let us know your flight information by e-mail at the address of “caopeng200703@yahoo.com.cn” since we will pick you up at the gate of Beijing Airport (Terminal 3 for international flights) We will hold a board with your name and ISCGT sign at the gate. We provide you bus transportation from the airport to your hotel in Shijarzhuang without any charges. We hope that you will arrange your flight arriving at the Beijing Airport before 19:00 on September 18 and 19. When you arrive after 19:00, we can also provide you free bus transportation to your hotel in Beijing and on the next day from your hotel in Beijing to that in Shijarzhuang. We can book you a hotel accommodation in Beijing at a reasonable price but the accommodation fee is at your own expense. If you need the hotel reservation in Beijing, please let us know by e-mail at the address of “caopeng200703@yahoo.com.cn”. Moreover, on your way back to Beijing, we also provide you the free bus transportation to you hotel in Beijing or to Beijing Airport depending on your schedule (See Transportation from Shijarzhuang to Beijing).

Reception at the Shijarzhuang (Zhending) Airport

Please let us know your flight information by e-mail at the address of “caopeng200703@yahoo.com.cn” since we will pick you up at the gate of Shijarzhuang Airport. We will hold a board with your name and ISCGT sign at the gate. We provide you bus transportation from the airport to your hotel at Shijarzhuang without any charges. On your way back to Shijarzhuang Airport, we also provide you free bus transportation to the Airport depending on your schedule.

Transportation from Shijarzhuang to Beijing

We will provide you bus transportation from Shijarzhuang to your hotel in Beijing or directly to Beijing International Airport depending on your return flight schedule. We can also book you a hotel accommodation in Beijing on your return at a reasonable price but the accommodation fee is at your own expense. Please let us know your flight schedule or plan, and whether you need a hotel reservation in Beijing or not by e-mail at “caopeng200703@yahoo.com.cn”.

(1) Those who want to leave Shijarzhuang in the evening of September 21st.
Please check out in the morning and we will provide you bus transportation from the venue to your hotel in Beijing. This bus schedule is for those who want to leave Beijing in the morning of 22nd. Please use public transportation or taxies from your hotel to the Beijing International Airport.

(2) Those who want to leave Shijarzhunag in the morning of September 22nd.
Please check out in the morning and we will provide you bus transportation from your hotel in Shijarzhuang to the Beijing International Airport or to your hotel in Beijing. This bus schedule is for those who want to leave Beijing in the late afternoon or in the evening of 22nd. Currently we are planning to reach the Airport at latest 2 pm. Please be sure that it takes at least 4 hours from Shijarzhuang to the Airport although it depends on traffic conditions. We need your flight information in order to determine the departure time of our bus.

(3) Those who want to Shijarzhunag in the afternoon of September 22nd.
Please check out in the morning and we will provide you bus transportation from the venue to your hotel in Beijing after the Farewell luncheon. This bus schedule is for those who want to leave Beijing in the midnight of 22nd or after 23rd. Please use public transportation or taxies from your hotel to the Beijing International Airport.

Transportation from Shijarzhuang to Shijarzhuang (Zhending) Airport

We also provide you free bus transportation from your hotel or the venue to the Airport depending on your schedule. Please also let us know your return flight by e-mail at the address of “caopeng200703@yahoo.com.cn”.

We are currently planning to show your slides also in Chinese characters simultaneously during your presentation. We believe it would be helpful for Chinese audience and promote their understanding of your presentation. After your presentation, we will discard all of your slides from our computer system.
